While most Servants can turn into a spiritual body, it leaves them unable to act on the world unless they materialize again.

The same does not go for Yūki Terumi.

He is able to shift into ghost form and is intangible, able to pass through walls and fly easily. This makes him a priceless reconnaissance asset, as the only things that can harm or stop him are weapons specifically designed to harm ghosts. Despite being in a spiritual body, he is able to interact with the physical world freely.

He is also able to wipe memories by 'eating' them.

On the verge of death in the void, Terumi was bitterly watching his life slip through his fingers. As he neared his doom, he could do nothing but laugh and laugh at his circumstances, cursing everything he could think of.

But then, a presence appealed to him.

Salvation, it offered.

Eagerly, he seized it. However, he was dragged through space and time, away from the world which he had come to known and hate. Whisked away to the Throne of Heroes, he was charged with a duty as a Servant.

Of course, he had no intentions of fighting for the Grail or trying for a wish. Instead, he simply wished to wreak havoc like he had done previously.

Eager to carve his name into this fresh new world, Yūki Terumi set out to teach the world all about him.

A Noble Phantasm which is primarily used in combat by him.

It augments Terumi's attack, and is able to chip away at the Mana of those he strikes at. It comes in various forms, from little bursts of black-green energy to giant serpents.

His Noble Phantasm is also able to stop the flow of Mana entering the Servant, and can be likened to someone gradually turning the knob of a faucet until the flow of water stops.

Depending on the size of the attack, more mana is stolen, and even more is blocked from reaching them. A large serpent, or potentially extended contact with this energy could drop a Servant's Mana parameter by a whole rank, if not careful.

This Noble Phantasm also transfers stolen mana towards him. The afflicted Servant will not be permanently hobbled however, as given between 4 to 24 hours (depending on damage sustained from Force Eater).

This Noble Phantasm is a versatile weapon in the shape of a black snake head attached to a never-ending chain. Ouroboros is summoned from a special space, and can directly attack the soul of the target. The same weapon grants its wielder a memory manipulation ability, which allows its user to manipulate a person’s memory, removing it and restoring.

By attacking the soul of the target, it directly bypasses armor and attacks the Spiritual Core of a Servant if it makes contact.

This makes it an extremely effective Noble Phantasm due to the fact that if not blocked, it'll directly impact the core of a Servant and do much more damage, completely ignoring what armor might stand in its way.

Terumi is a terrifying combatant simply because he does not stay down. Unless properly exorcised or destroyed with weapons specifically designed to harm ghosts, he will be able to escape in his ghost form while his current vessel is destroyed.

He is able to possess people or Servants, provided their Mana rank is adequately low enough for him to transfer himself into. Normal people will be unable to even resist Terumi's advances, while a powerful human mage might be able to withstand his assault for a an hour at most before caving in before him.

Once someone is taken over, he asserts control over their body and whatever abilities they may possess, as well as their memories. The appearance of his vessel is immediately changed, the hair turning a bright green and the eyes a malefic yellow.

The strength of Terumi depends on his vessel. If it's a normal human, then his parameters will be severely decreased, as well as some of his skills. If it's a mage, then he suffers only minor decreases to his parameters and skills.

If he possesses a Servant, their Mana rank automatically raises or decreases to A+. He will be unable to possess Servants who possess B rank or higher Mana. Terumi also acquires the skills, Parameters and Noble Phantasms of the Servant. However, the Noble Phantasms all receive a rank down, due to him not being the true user of it.

His possession is not instantaneous, however. Depending on their level of Luck, it will take longer. He can also be dispelled from an afflicted Servant's body with the usage of a Command Spell, but only while Terumi is attempting to enter the Servant's body. A Master will also be aware of possession, as they hear Terumi's voice through the telepathic link as opposed to the Servant's. It is also possible to starve out Terumi, as while in another Servant's body, he is receiving mana from their Master.

This makes for a problem if he happens to kill said Master while in another Servant's body, but can also be remedied by using the body to form another contract with his original Master.

Terumi may also use dead bodies as vessels, but only those of humanoids.
